Shipping Delay Update for Discreture!

Hi Friends!!!

Thanks so much for your continued patience!

I have had lots of questions so I wanted to jump on and let you know what's up!!!

Great news:

1. Fabric is FINALLY in-house at our factory (this was the biggest cause of delay, the factory where the fabric was dyed was extremely affected by the second Covid shutdown in India so our Fair Trade sewers were just waiting on this fabric to arrive in order to start sewing)

2. Pre-production samples arrived last week and are approved! I have been working hard to spec and fit these and make sure everything in the approved fabric is exactly how I want it to be (And they fit GREAT! I am so excited)

3. The extra time has given me more time to work on trims and packaging! I think you will love how everything arrives to you!

4. Instead of SHIPPING the products here from India, we are going to air them in, so even though you have been waiting a long time, we are going to pay a little extra to make sure your new undies don't get stuck in a shipping container or at port (Have you seen the news on the port of LA right now?)

It has been a hot minute since I have posted and I wanted to loop you in on the latest updates and how to get your news going forward. 

IGTV Weekly One Min Updates

Everyone I run into has been asking me what is going on with the biz. I am so stoked that you guys are as excited as me for this product to get here!!! Everything is in motion. We orders THOUSANDS of pairs of undies and it's all in process- I will be hopping onto IGTV via @Discreture in order to keep everyone in the loop. Be sure to follow on the gram!

Surveys are coming your way!

Happy Friday, friends!

Just a quick update that today or over the weekend we will be sending you surveys through a platform called Backerkit.

They will be quick to fill out and I need them back with you size, coverage and shipping information as soon as possible so we can get rolling!

Here's a refresher on how to pick size and coverage:

If your subscription includes a bralette, you will have the opportunity to pick size and coverage for both bottom and tops in two different questions, so keep that in mind and read the questions carefully.

We did it!!! Next Steps....

I couldn't be more thrilled to get this order placed and see this brand come to life! We are processing the pledges and trying to button up everything with Kickstarter- this will probably take about another week. If your payment has not been processed yet, PLEASE, update your info by THIS FRIDAY- otherwise we won't receive payment, and you won't get your reward.

I know you are wondering when you pick your pairs...

The answer is VERY SOON!!! You will be receiving a survey from a platform called BACKER KIT. When you receive this (sometime in the next two weeks) you will be able to tell us your desired size and coverage options - we need to gather all of this info now, so that we can appropriately place production orders. That being said, you will only have a week or two to fill out these surveys, so keep an eye out!
